1 Scope
This section GB/T 8151 specifies the method for the determination of arsenic content in zinc concentrates.
This section applies to the determination of arsenic content in the zinc concentrate. Method 1 measuring range. 0.0050% - 0.80%; Method 2 measurement range.
0.10% to 2.00%.
2 1 Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
2.1 Method summary
Sample with nitric acid, sulfuric acid dissolution. 10% hydrochloric acid medium with thiourea - ascorbic acid pre-reduced arsenic, as well as masking copper, iron, silver
And other impurities in the hydride generator, arsenic is reduced to potassium borohydride as hydride with argon gas into the quartz furnace atomizer, atomic fluorescence
VIS spectrometer to measure the fluorescence intensity.
