Scope
GB/T 8151.22-2020 is the English-translated version of 锌精矿化学分析方法 第22部分:锌、铜、铅、铁、铝、钙和镁含量的测定 波长色散X射线荧光光谱法.
GB/T 8151.22-2020 is Part 22 of GB/T 8151 and specifies a method for determining the zinc, copper, lead, iron, aluminium, calcium and magnesium content of zinc concentrate by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
Clause 1 states that the part applies to the determination of those seven elements in zinc sulfide concentrate by non-arbitration analysis, and refers the measuring range to Table 1, which gives it as a mass fraction for each element: 24.00 to 62.00 for Zn, 0.20 to 2.80 for Cu, 0.15 to 4.00 for Pb, 2.50 to 15.00 for Fe, 0.10 to 2.40 for Al, 0.25 to 4.50 for Ca and 0.15 to 1.00 for Mg.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 6682, GB/T 16597 and JJG 810.
Clause 3, Method summary, sets out the preparation: flux, sample, oxidizer, silica and flux are compounded in that order, a ternary mixed oxidant raises low-valent elements to a higher valence at the step temperature, lithium bromide serves as the mould release agent, and the sample is melted and cast into a sample piece at a dilution ratio of about 1.44; the X-ray fluorescence intensity of the characteristic spectrum of each element to be measured is then taken under the optimal measurement conditions of the instrument, the interference between elements is corrected, and the content is obtained from the calibration curve.
Clause 4, Reagents or materials, requires reagents confirmed to be analytically pure and third-grade water meeting GB/T 6682, and the draft breaks off there, so the page shows nothing of the clauses that follow and gives no table of contents.
The foreword states that GB/T 8151 is divided into 23 parts, which the page lists by subject, and that this part was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009, was proposed by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and is under the jurisdiction of the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC243).
The page shows no earlier edition of Part 22 and the text carries no replacement line, so no superseded edition can be named; it was issued on 2020-09-29 and has applied since 2021-08-01.

3 Method summary
It is compounded in the order of flux, sample, oxidizer, silica and flux. At step temperature, the ternary mixed oxidant will The qualitative elements and low-valent elements are oxidized into high-valent elements, and lithium bromide is used as a mold release agent. The sample is melted and cast to a dilution ratio of about 1.44 sample piece. Measure the X-ray fluorescence intensity of the characteristic spectrum of the element to be measured in the sample under the optimal measurement conditions of the instrument, and perform The interference effect between elements is corrected, and the content of the element to be measured in the sample is obtained from the calibration curve.
4 Reagents or materials
