GB/T 7672.2-2008 is the English-translated version of 玻璃丝包绕组线 第2部分：130级浸漆玻璃丝包铜扁线和玻璃丝包漆包铜扁线.
GB/T 7672.2-2008 is the Chinese standard "Glass-fiber wound winding wires - Part 2: Glass-fiber wound resin or varnish impregnated, bare or enamelled rectangular copper wire, temperature index 130".
Its scope clause reads: GB/T 7672 provisions of this part of the temperature index 130, impregnated, bare copper flat wire and impregnated, bare or Grade 2 paint film thickness Copper flat wire package requirements.
Wherein varnish, for example, a polyester resin paint. Note. For this type of wire, thermal shock test is not applicable, the thermal shock temperature unspecified, therefore, can not be based on a predetermined temperature indices and thermal shock temperature requirements grade.
Enameled should be based on the following criteria, and supply and demand should be negotiated. --- GB/T 7095.7 flat enamelled winding wires - Part 7. Polyester enamelled copper flat wire.
Enameled wire used, its lowest heat level should be 130. Temperature index dipping glass envelope depends on the type of varnish used. The varnish impregnated glass fiber 130 having the lowest temperature index.
Around the cladding thickness is divided into three types. --- GL2. bare conductor wrapped in double glass; --- Grade2GL1. On level 2 film thickness single wire wrapped glass; --- Grade2GL2.
On level 2 film thickness wire wrapped double glass. Glass cladding can be. a) a single glass envelope; b) In contrast double glass envelope, two fiber wound direction.
Conductor nominal size range specified in this standard are. --- Broadside size. minimum 2.00mm, maximum 16.00mm; --- Narrow size. minimum 0.80mm, maximum 5.60mm.
