Note. For this type of wire, thermal shock test is not applicable, the thermal shock temperature unspecified, and therefore can not be specified index based on temperature and thermal shock temperature requirements grade.

Enameled should be based on one of the following criteria, and supply and demand should be negotiated. --- GB/T 7095.3 flat enamelled winding wires - Part 3. 155 polyester enamelled copper flat wire; --- GB/T 7095.4 flat enamelled winding wires - Part 4.

180 polyester enamelled copper flat wire; --- GB/T 7095.6 flat enamelled winding wires - Part 6.200 polyester or polyester-imide/polyamide-imide enamelled copper Flat line; --- IEC 60317-30 standard types of winding wires - Part 30.

220 Polyimide enamelled copper flat wire. Enameled wire used, its lowest heat level should be 155. Temperature index dipping glass envelope depends on the type of varnish used.

The varnish impregnated glass fiber preferably has a minimum temperature of 180 Index. Around the cladding thickness is divided into four categories. --- GL1. on a bare conductor wrapped single glass; --- GL2. bare conductor wrapped in double glass; --- Grade2GL1.

On level 2 film thickness single wire wrapped glass; --- Grade2GL2. On level 2 film thickness wire wrapped double glass. Glass cladding can be. a) a single glass envelope; b) In contrast double glass envelope, two fiber wound direction.

Conductor nominal size range specified in this standard are. --- Broadside size. minimum 2.00mm, maximum 16.00mm; --- Narrow size. minimum 0.80mm, maximum 5.60mm.
