GB/T 7403.1-2018 — This part of GB/T 7403 specifies the general technical requirements, test conditions, test methods, inspection rules and standards for lead-acid batteries for traction. Zhi, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. This section applies to industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, terminals and stations for electric vehicle power supply, especially for electric traction vehicles or material handling equipment. A traction lead-acid battery (hereinafter referred to as a battery) used for power supply. This section does not apply to lead-acid batteries and battery packs for electric road vehicles.

Foreword

GB/T 7403 "Leading Battery for Traction" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Technical conditions;

--- Part 2. Product variety and specifications.

This part is the first part of GB/T 7403.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 7403.1-2008 "Leading Lead Acid Battery for Traction Part 1. Technical Conditions", and GB/T 7403.1-

Compared to.2008, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Removed "capacity", "termination voltage", "charge retention capacity", "high rate discharge performance", "cycle durability", "charge and discharge cycle"

Terminology (see Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition);

--- Added the term "vented battery" (see 3.1.1);

--- Removed the relevant content of the battery "sealing agent" (see.2008 editions 4.5 and 6.6);

---Modified the "first capacity" technical indicators in the "capacity" clause (see 4.2.1);

--- Revised the technical indicators of "charge retention capacity" (see 4.3);

--- Revised the test method and technical indicators of battery cycle durability (see 4.5 and 6.5);

--- Added the relevant content of "Installation and Use Security Specification" (see Appendix A).

This part uses the redrafting method to modify the use of IEC 60254-1.2005 lead-acid batteries for traction - Part 1. General requirements and test

Method of inspection.

This section has more structural adjustments than IEC 60254-1.2005. This section and IEC 60254-1 are listed in Appendix A.

There are technical differences between this part and IEC 60254-1.2005. Appendix B gives the corresponding technical differences and their causes.

This part of GB/T 7403 specifies the general technical requirements, test conditions, test methods, inspection rules and standards for lead-acid batteries for traction.

3.1 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2900.41 apply to this document.

3.1.1

Exhaust battery ventedbattery

The battery cover has one or more exhaust devices capable of precipitating gaseous products, the acid mist is filtered through a non-inline arrangement, internal and external pressure

A battery with inconsistent force.

3.1.2

Valve-controlled battery valve-regulatedbattery

A battery with an exhaust valve that allows gas to escape when the internal pressure of the battery exceeds a predetermined value.

Note. This battery or battery pack cannot normally add water or electrolyte.
