GB/T 7251.4-2017 — Note. In this section, the acronym ACS (Complete Equipment for Construction Sites, see 3.1.101) refers to the low voltage switch intended for use on buildings and similar sites. GB/T 7251 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" is planned to release the following parts.

--- Part 1. General;

--- Part 3. Switchboards (DBO) operated by general personnel;

--- Part 4. Special requirements for complete sets of equipment for construction sites (ACS);

--- Part 5. Electrical power distribution equipment for public utilities;

--- Part 6. Busbar trunking system (busbar trunking);

--- Part 7. Complete sets of equipment for specific applications---such as docks, campsites, market squares, electric vehicle charging stations;

--- Part 8. General technical requirements for intelligent complete sets of equipment;

--- Part 10. Guidelines for specifying complete sets of equipment;

--- Part 12. Complete sets of power switches and control equipment.

This part is the fourth part of GB/T 7251.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 7251.4-2006 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment - Part 4. Complete sets for construction sites

The special requirements of the preparation (ACS), compared with GB/T 7251.4-2006, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- The contents of the structure and technology are adjusted according to GB/T 7251.1-2013;

--- Allow comparison with ACS that has been tested.

This section is used in conjunction with GB/T 7251.1-2013. The general provisions of GB/T 7251.1-2013 are only applicable to this section.

1 Scope

Note. In this section, the acronym ACS (Complete Equipment for Construction Sites, see 3.1.101) refers to the low voltage switch intended for use on buildings and similar sites.

Equipment and control equipment.

This part of GB/T 7251 defines the special requirements of ACS.

--- Complete set of equipment with rated voltage AC not exceeding 1000V or DC not exceeding 1500V;

6.1 Complete equipment designation identification

10 Design verification

Chapter 10 of GB/T 7251.1-2013 is applicable except as follows.

10.2.1 General

Replace the second paragraph.

When using an empty casing conforming to GB/T 20641 and not modifying it to reduce the performance of the casing, it is not necessary to repeat the test in 10.2.

10.2.2.101 Corrosion proof verification in heavily polluted environments

a) Principle

This test is used for the corrosive effects of industrial environments, such as the environment contaminated with sulfur dioxide.

Completely assembled ACS should be continuously exposed to this environment for ten days.

b) Test method and test environment

The fully assembled ACS shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 2423.19.

c) Test results

10.2.6 Mechanical collision

10.2.6 Verification of mechanical strength
10.2.6.1 General

10.2.6.2 Collision test
