The technical differences between this part and IEC 61558-2-23:2010 and the reasons are as follows:

---Regarding normative reference documents, this section has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments. The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows:

- The technical differences between GB/T 19212.1-2016 and IEC 61558-1:2009 in Chapter 2 are retained to facilitate the GB/T 19212.1-2016 supporting use;

Introduction

This part is formulated on the basis of GB/T 19212.1-2016, and this part needs to be used in conjunction with GB/T 19212.1-2016.

This part is to supplement and modify the corresponding chapters and articles of GB/T 19212.1-2016 The content is transformed into the content of this section.

This section is numbered starting from 101 for the newly added content of GB/T 19212.1-2016.

1 Scope

This chapter of GB/T 19212.1-2016 is replaced by the following:

This part of GB/T 19212 specifies the safety of transformers for construction sites and power supply devices with built-in transformers for construction sites. band Transformers with electronic circuits are also included in this section.

Note 1. Safety requirements include electrical, temperature and mechanical aspects.

Unless otherwise specified, the following "transformers" include power supply devices for construction site transformers and construction site transformers.

This part is applicable to stationary or mobile, single-phase or multi-phase, air-cooled (self-cooled or air-cooled), supporting or independent use and used in construction On-site isolation or safety isolation dry-type transformers. The winding can be encapsulated or unencapsulated.

The rated power supply voltage does not exceed AC 1000V, and the rated power supply frequency and internal operating frequency do not exceed 500 Hz.

When this part is used in combination with GB/T 19212.17 switching power supply device, it is also applicable to the internal working frequency of more than 500Hz power supply unit.

When the requirements of the two standards are inconsistent, the stricter standard is preferred. The rated output should not exceed:

---25kVA, for single-phase transformer;

---40kVA, for multi-phase transformers.

If the purchaser and the manufacturer agree otherwise, this section also applies to transformers with no restrictions on the rated output.

Note 2. This scope does not include transformers intended to be used in distribution networks.

No-load output voltage and rated output voltage of isolation transformer for construction site and power supply device with isolation transformer for construction site Exceeding AC 50V but not exceeding AC 250V.

No-load output voltage and rating of the safety isolating transformer for construction sites and the power supply device with safety isolating transformer for construction sites The output voltage does not exceed AC 50V.

Note 3. This standard applies to transformers used as power sources in places specified in GB/T 16895.7. GB/T 16895.7 also specifies the use of output winding midpoint or Protective measures for the grounding of the star connection point.

The transformers and power supply devices involved in this section are used in installation procedures or equipment specifications for protection purposes.

When the transformer or power supply device is installed in the low-voltage switchgear and control equipment for construction sites specified in GB/T 7251.4, The additional requirements of GB/T 7251.4 also apply to complete sets of equipment.

Note 4. For transformers filled with liquid media or powder materials (such as sand), additional requirements are under consideration.

Note 5. Pay attention to the following instructions:

--- Protective measures to avoid external influences such as mold, pests, termites, solar radiation and icing should also be considered for the enclosure and the components in the enclosure;

---Different conditions of transportation, storage and work of transformers and power supply units should also be considered;

---For transformers intended to be used in special environments, such as tropical environments, additional attachments that comply with other applicable standards and national regulations can be used. Add requirements.

Note 6. With the future technical development of transformers, it may be necessary to increase the upper limit of the frequency. Until then, this section can be used as a guideline.
