Scope

GB/T 6960.8-2021 is the English-translated version of 拖拉机术语 第8部分:电子控制系统.

GB/T 6960.8-2021 is Part 8 of the Chinese national tractor terminology and deals with the electronic control systems of agricultural and forestry tractors. It defines the terms used for these systems and gives their abbreviations; it applies to tractors, and the electronic control systems of other agricultural machinery may refer to it.

The terms are grouped by subject, starting with the serial control and communication data network and its physical layer, where entries such as electronic control unit (ECU), media, terminating bias circuit (TBC), built-in capacitor, differential internal resistance and electrostatic discharge (ESD) are defined.

As the introduction explains, this part collects the terms linked to unmanned driving, intelligent decision-making and precise control, so that the tractor field shares one unambiguous vocabulary. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

--- Part 8. Electronic control systems.

Introduction

Nomenclature is one of the necessary basic conditions for the development of science and technology. The establishment of new technologies and theories by unified nomenclature, the technical exchanges at home and abroad flow, communication between disciplines and industries, the promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements, the development of production technology, and the transmission of scientific and technological information are all inescapable.

Short. In this regard, my country has established a complete set of tractor industry terminology through research and reference to international standards and foreign advanced standards. language standard. GB/T 6960 aims to establish a unified and unambiguous terminology in the professional field of tractors.

Vehicles that complete various operations in the process have complex structures and involve a wide range of professions. According to production and usage habits, the terms of tractors are divided into the following It consists of the following parts.

--- Part 1. The whole machine. The purpose is to define terms in terms of overall tractor performance.

--- Part 2. Drive train. The purpose is to define the performance and main component terms from clutch (inclusive) to final drive (inclusive).

--- Part 3. Braking system. The purpose is to define braking system performance and terminology of major components.

--- Part 4. Walking system. The purpose is to define the performance of the walking system and the terminology of the main components.

--- Part 5. Steering system. The purpose is to define steering system performance and terminology of major components.

--- Part 6. Hydraulic suspension system and traction, towing devices. The purpose is to define there are also suspension and traction, towing devices, etc. and equipment The performance of the connecting part and the terminology of the main components.

--- Part 7. Cab, driver's seat and covers. The purpose is to define the performance and main parts of the cab, seat and cover item term.

--- Part 8. Electronic control systems. The purpose is to define the aspects of unmanned driving, intelligent decision-making, and precise control related to electronic control noun term.

3.1 Serial control and communication data network

3.1.1 Physical layer
3.1.1.1 Electronic control unit; ECU

Electronic products that contain basic components, subcomponents and integrated components are independent physical entities.

3.1.1.2 Media

A physical entity that transmits electrical signals (or equivalent signals) between electronic control units on a network.

3.1.1.3 Terminal

A device in a computer network that is at the outermost periphery of the network.

3.1.1.4 Terminating bias circuit; TBC

Circuits required at each end of the segment to provide bias voltages for CAN_H and CAN_L signals, and common-mode impedance terminations for conductors load.

3.1.1.5 Built-in capacitor

In the recessive state of the CAN bus, when the electronic control unit is disconnected from the bus signal line, the connection between CAN_H or CAN_L and the ECU ground line capacitance value between.

3.1.1.6 Differential internal resistance

The resistance value between CAN_H and CAN_L when the electronic control unit is disconnected from the bus signal line in the recessive state.
