This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 69-2000 "Slotted countersunk head screw", compared with the GB/T 69-2000, mainly to replace as follows.

--- Delete "For other technical requirements, in ... GB/T 3098.10 and GB/T 3103.1 choose." (Chapter 1 of the 2000 edition);

--- Reference standard unified thread GB/T 193, GB/T 9145 (see Chapter 2);

--- Screw steel and nonferrous metals increased performance level "d < 3mm, according to the agreement" (see Table 2);

--- Increase steel screws. non-electrolytic zinc flake coating technology required by the GB/T 5267.2 (see Table 2);

--- Increase stainless steel screw. Passivation technical requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2);

--- Increase in non-ferrous metal screw. electroplating technology required by the GB/T 5267.1 (see Table 2).

This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 2010:2011 "Slotted head screws product grade A" (in English).

This standard and ISO 2010:2011 technical differences and their reasons are as follows.

--- Delete ISO 2010 states. "For other technical requirements, ... ISO 965-2 and ISO 3506-1 selection in." (Chapter 1), not part of this standard;

--- In the reference file, instead of using our standards with international standards (Chapter 2), increase the reference GB/T 5279 (Table 1), GB/T 90.2 (Table 2) and GB/T 1237 (5.1), to comply with our basic standard fasteners;

--- Screw steel and nonferrous metals increased performance level "d < 3mm. According to the agreement" (Table 2), to expand the scope of the standard;

--- Increase in non-ferrous metal screw performance level (see Table 2), raise the standard scope of application;

--- Increase in packaging technology requirements (Table 2), in order to comply with our basic standard fasteners;

--- Modify tag example is a simplified markup example (5.2), to comply with the provisions of GB/T 1237's.

This standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- To modify the standard name;

--- Delete references the ISO 2010.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the Slotted countersunk head screw type size, technical requirements and marking.

This standard applies to thread sizes of M1.6 ~ M10, property class 4.8,5.8, A2-50, A2-70, CU2, CU3 and AL4, product grade A grade Slotted countersunk head screws.
