Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 6826-2005 "Series of Washing Equipment". Compared with GB/T 6826-2005, except for structural adjustment and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The product classification has been changed (see 4.1, 3.1 of the 2005 edition);

b) The series of spiral classifiers and classifying cyclones have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2005 edition);

c) Added the series of mineral vertical airflow classifiers and mining powder separators (see Table 1);

d) Changed the permanent magnetic drum, dry permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator, wet permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator, strong magnetic field roller magnetic separator, strong magnetic field Series of disc magnetic separators and high gradient magnetic filters (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2005 edition);

e) Deleted the wet electromagnetic drum magnetic separator, dry permanent magnetic tape magnetic separator, medium magnetic field drum magnetic separator, wet electromagnetic ring strong magnetic separator Series of machines, high gradient magnetic separators and magnetic dewatering tanks (see Table 2 of the 2005 edition);

i) Added the series of aerated agitation flotation machines (see Table 3);

j) The series of centrifugal concentrators, jigs and heavy medium separators have been changed (see Table 4, Table 4 of the 2005 edition);

k) The series of classification cyclones has been deleted (see Table 4 of the 2005 edition);

l) Added the series spectrum of coal slime interference bed separator (see Table 4);

m) The dehydration equipment series spectrum has been changed (see Table 5, Table 5 of the 2005 edition);

n) The series of spiral sand washing machine, mixing tank and demagnetizer have been changed (see Table 6, Table 6 of the 2005 edition);

o) The series of pre-magnetizers, iron removers, slurry pumps and automatic drainage devices have been deleted (see Table 6 of the 2005 edition);

p) Added sand and gravel washing machine, DC lifting electromagnet, lifting permanent magnet, material sorting metal detector, drum ore washing machine, wheel bucket The series of sand washing machines, X-ray fluorescence separators and double cone bottom mixing tanks are shown in Table 6.

1 Scope

This document specifies the series of mining machinery classification equipment, magnetic separation equipment, flotation equipment, gravity separation equipment, dewatering equipment and other washing equipment Model spectrum.

This document applies to the design of mining machinery classification equipment, magnetic separation equipment, flotation equipment, gravity separation equipment, dewatering equipment and other washing equipment and selection.

4 Series Models

4.1 The classification of products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 25706-2010.
