Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 638-2007 "chemical reagent stannous chloride (II) chloride (thin chloride)", and GB/T 638-2007

Compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased sodium, potassium, calcium three specifications and determination methods (see Chapter 4, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8);

---Modified packaging and logo (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2007 edition);

--- Cancel hydrogen sulfide without sediment (Chapter 4, 5.11 of the.2007 edition).

This standard uses the redrafting method reference ISO 6353-2.1983 "Chemical Analysis Reagents Part 2. Specifications 1 Series" in R38

The preparation of "stannous chloride dihydrate" is not equivalent to ISO 6353-2.1983.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the properties, specifications, tests, inspection rules, packaging and marking of the chemical reagent stannous chloride dihydrate (stannous chloride).
