Scope
GB/T 6229-2007 is the English-translated version of 手扶拖拉机 试验方法.
China's national test methods for walking tractors. The walking tractor - the two-wheeled machine the operator follows on foot, steering by handlebars - is one of the most consequential machines in Chinese agriculture, because it mechanised the small terraced and irrigated plots that a four-wheeled tractor cannot work. Tens of millions are in use, and the same machine ploughs, drives a pump or a thresher through its power take-off, and hauls a trailer on the road. That last use is why the test programme reads as it does: a machine sold as agricultural equipment is in practice a road vehicle carrying a load, and its brakes on a slope are a safety matter rather than a performance figure. The standard specifies the general requirements for testing, the measurement of machine parameters, and tests of the power take-off, the controls, parking brake performance on a slope, noise, drawbar power, cold starting, high temperature suitability, and operational use.

Foreword
This standard is GB/T 6229-1995 "tractor test" amendments. This standard compared with GB/T 6229-1995, the main technical changes as follows:
--- Refers to the standard adjustment for the current valid standards;
--- Increased JB/T 7282 "tractor oil varieties and specifications selection";
--- The "test parameter measurement equipment and accuracy" to "test equipment and measuring parameters of tolerance";
--- Increased in the test tractor oil selection requirements of different specifications;
--- Increased at the start of the test, the tire tread height should not be less than 65% of new tire requirements;
--- Increased when the PTO power (or engine bench) test and traction power tests, the fuel pressure requirements;
8.2.1 original standard noise measurement test conditions were modified;
8.3.1 of the original standard dynamic environmental noise measurement content has been modified;
--- Test reports have been some changes, and the test report format on Appendix A;
--- Original Appendix A centroid height coordinate measurement moved in Appendix B, and to increase the quality of the measurement cycle using the centroid method of height method. Since the implementation of this standard replaces GB/T 6229-1995. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, Appendix B is an informative annex. The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of the tractor. This standard was drafted. Tractor Test Method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for testing tractor, machine parameters measured, PTO test, control test, ramp parking brake Dynamic test, noise measurement, traction power tests, cold start test, high temperature suitability test, using a test. This standard applies to tractor (hereinafter referred to as tractors).

3.1 Acceptance
3.1.1 before the test tractor units shall be responsible for the acceptance test according to the requirements of random technical documents.
3.1.2 The following items must be consistent with the random technical documents.
a) the tractor type and serial number;
b) each tractor assembly, accessories and attachments technical specifications;
c) tractor fuel, lubricating oil and coolant used.
3.1.3 External tractor fasteners should be firmly connected, if loose, should be tightened, and recorded in the report.
3.1.4 Each operation when the control mechanism and the part of the operation, if abnormal, should be excluded and recorded in the report.
3.2 Running Before the test, the tractor shall be run-in to the instructions. During the run-in, in addition to the instructions for maintenance of , Shall not do any maintenance, repair or replacement parts. If indeed there is a need, in charge of the unit shall be tested consent and under the supervision of the particulars Into the report.
3.3 General test requirements
3.3.1 each test, the tractor equipped with the state should remain the same as with the acceptance (except counterweight).
3.3.2 During the test should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of maintenance and adjustment instructions for use, the fuel should be a standard test of diesel and lubricants Shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 7282, the coolant should be consistent with random technical documents. Before the beginning of each test shall be raised to a predetermined maximum High level.
3.3.3 Unless otherwise specified, be fitted with a tractor tire test shall be specified in the instructions to use the common types of tire, the tire pressure should be In line with the instruction manual states that if a predetermined value is a range, with intermediate values. The start of the test tire tread height shall be not less 65% of the new tire.
3.3.4 Unless otherwise specified, the subject of tractors and other external parts Tread adjustable installation position are in line with regulations Instructions Given the common state.
