1 Scope
This standard specifies the position tolerance T-slot cutters, materials and hardness, appearance and surface roughness, marking and packaging of technical requirements.
This standard applies to press GB/T 6124 production of T-slot milling cutter. According to the agreement between the other T-slot milling cutter can also refer use.

4 material and hardness
4.1 Material
T-slot cutter high speed steel with W6Mo5Cr4V2 or equivalent.
4.2 Hardness
T-slot cutter working part. 63HRC ~ 66HRC.
T-slot milling shank. straight shank and taper shank general, not less than 30HRC;
Flatted straight shank, not less than 50HRC;
Threaded shank, not less than 30HRC.
5 appearance and surface roughness
5.1
T-slot cutter surface should not have cracks, sharp cutting edges should be, there should be no chipping, grinding and annealing blunt the impact of the lack of performance trap. Welding cutter in the weld may not have sand holes and incomplete penetration phenomenon.
5.2
T-slot milling cutter according to the upper limit of the surface roughness of the following provisions.
--- Front and rear. Rz6.3µm;
--- Ordinary straight shank cylindrical shank. Ra1.25µm;
