Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 5540-2007 "Determination of dispersing performance of disperse dyes". With GB/T 5540-

2007, the main technical changes in addition to editorial changes are as follows.

- the terms and definitions were deleted (see Chapter 3 of the.2007 edition);

- modified the expression of the principle (see Chapter 3, Chapter 4 of the.2007 edition);

- modified the operation and presentation of the preparation of disperse dyes (see 7.1,.2007 7.1);

--- Added filter paper validation contents (see Chapter 4 and Appendix C).

This standard uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 105-Z04..1995 "Textiles Color fastness test Z04 part. Disperse dyes

Scattered ".

This standard has a greater structural adjustment compared to ISO 105-Z04..1995, Appendix A lists this standard with ISO 105-Z04.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for the dispersion of disperse dyes by double filter paper filtration.

This standard is applicable to the determination of the disperse properties of disperse dyes.
