GB/T 5318-2017 (Sintered metal materials (excluding hard metals) without notch impact test piece) is available as an English-translated PDF.

GB/T 5318-2017 — This standard specifies the size of the sintered metal material (not including cemented carbide) no-notch impact test specimen. The sample can be pressed directly from the sintering system Into, but also by sintered products made by machining. This standard applies to sintered metal materials (not including cemented carbide) impact test with no impact test specimens.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 5318-1985 "Sintered metal materials (not including cemented carbide) no notch impact test specimen."

This standard compared with GB/T 5318-1985, the main changes are as follows.

--- Added Chapter 3 normative references;

--- Updated the normative references version;

--- made editorial changes.

This standard uses redrafted Law revision using ISO 5754.1978 "Sintered metal materials (not including cemented carbide) no notch impact test specimen."

This standard and ISO 5754.1978 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- On normative references, this standard made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation

Concentration reflected in the third chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.

* ISO 83 is deleted;

* ISO 148-1 has been replaced by GB/T 229-2007 modified to adopt international standards.

This standard is proposed by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.

This standard by the National Non-ferrous Metal Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC243) centralized.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the size of the sintered metal material (not including cemented carbide) no-notch impact test specimen. The sample can be pressed directly from the sintering system

Into, but also by sintered products made by machining.

This standard applies to sintered metal materials (not including cemented carbide) impact test with no impact test specimens.

2 applications

This standard applies to all except sintered cemented carbide and alloy materials. But for some low porosity or ductility burn

Knot material, it is recommended to use a notched specimen is more appropriate, in this case, the test results were scattered. (In this case, see

GB/T 229-2007).

NOTE For impact tests on sintered metal porous materials, the results are not necessarily accurate and are not recommended for comparison with results obtained from the compact metal test.

3 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article

Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 229-2007 Charpy pendulum impact test method for metallic materials (ISO 148-1.2006, MOD)

4.2 To identify the direction of pressing, the specimen shall be marked with a mark. Impact specimens were tested on a Charpy impact tester according to GB/T 229-2007

Test The direction of impact should be perpendicular to the direction of pressing (unless otherwise specified).
