This part is the 15th part of GB/T 5170.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 5170.15-2005 "Electrical and electronic products environmental test equipment basic parameters test method vibration (sinusoidal) test The hydraulic vibration table is tested. Compared with GB/T 5170.15-2005, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- For ease of use, repeat some of the terms and definitions in GB/T 5170.1 (see 3.3, 3.4, 3.7);

--- Deleted the original Chapter 4 "Verification Project" and changed to "Feature Requirements" (see Chapter 4);

--- The GB/T 2423.10 "test equipment" does not stipulate the relevant requirements of the inspection items from this part, and delete the relevant Measuring instrument requirements;

--- Added the chapter "Measurement Uncertainty" (see Chapter 6);

--- For ease of use, the environmental conditions at the time of the specific test are listed (see 7.1);

---Delete the "Multi-Axis Shaking Table", "Frequency Point Selection", "Amplitude Selection", "Conversion Formula for Acceleration and Displacement" in "General Provisions" Regulations;

--- Changed the calculation formula of "lateral vibration ratio" (see 9.4, 2005 edition 8.5);

--- According to the requirements of GB/T 5170.1, the "inspection report should include at least the following information" (see Chapter 10);

--- Removed the original Appendix A, Appendix B;

--- Added Appendix A "Description of Measurement Uncertainty in Inspection".

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 5170 specifies the characteristics of the vibration (sinusoidal) test hydraulic vibration system (hereinafter referred to as the vibration system), Measuring instruments, measurement uncertainty, inspection load, inspection conditions, inspection methods, inspection results, inspection cycles.

This section applies to the GB/T 2423.10 vibration test vibration test. This section also applies to inspections of similar test equipment.
