Foreword

GB/T 5094 "Industrial Systems, Devices and Equipment and Industrial Product Structure Principles and Reference Codes" are divided into the following two parts.

--- Part 1. Basic rules;

--- Part 2. Classification and classification of the project.

This part is the second part of GB/T 5094.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 5094.2-2003 "Industrial Systems, Devices and Equipment, and Industrial Product Structure Principles and Reference Codes"

Part 2. Classification and Classification of Projects. The main technical changes compared with GB/T 5094.2-2003 are as follows.

--- Chapter 4 added some of the content;

--- The original contents of Chapters 5 and 6 were merged, and some contents were added;

--- Removed the contents of Chapter 7.

16) Items can be classified according to, for example, function, shape, color or material. The same project can be specified according to different classification tables

17) For projects using another project component of the same aspect, the letter code should be specified in the same classification table, as shown in Figure 1,

18) If a new product is formed from products from different manufacturers, the components of the product may be alphabetized according to different classification tables.

Code.

For items 1 of the direct composition of items 1, 3 and 4, the letter code should be given in the same classification table.

For items 2 and 6 that are directly composed of item 2, the letter code should be given in the same classification table.

For items 4 and 8 that are directly composed of item 4, the letter code should be given in the same classification table.

For items directly consisting of items 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12, the letter code should be given in the same classification table.

Direct composition items 13, 14, 15 and 16 of item 8 shall be given the letter code in the same classification table.

Part 2. Classification and classification of the project

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 5094 specifies the classification of items by purpose or task and the letters representing the subcategories of the items in the reference code.

Code.

This section applies to projects in various technical fields, such as. electrical, mechanical, civil engineering and all industrial branches (such as energy, chemical workers)

Industry, construction engineering, shipbuilding and marine technology) and can be used in the design process of various technical disciplines.
