With the advancement of the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of the economy and society, the digitalization of standards has become an inevitable trend. Various entities need to... However, at present, there is a lack of openness... Guidance documents for exhibition-related activities, providing guidance on how to identify the main aspects and priorities of standard digitization, rationally utilize key technologies, and create a complete standard. Provide rules for accurate activity records, etc. GB/T 48000 "Standard Digitalization" is a fundamental and universal standard for carrying out standard digitalization activities in my country, aiming to improve the standard digitalization system. The system for the conceptualization, development, and application of standards should be standardized and guided to ensure the orderly progress of standardization work, promote technical exchanges, and avoid duplication of related research. The project is planned to consist of six parts.

1.General Guidelines. The aim is to provide the overall principles and basic framework for conducting standardized digitization activities, and to clarify the standards for digitization. The main aspects of the chemical activities, as well as recommended practices and key technologies.

2.Reference Architecture Model. The aim is to propose a reference architecture model to describe standard digitization activities, and to support standard digitization. The system architecture and activity boundaries are clearly and visually expressed, providing reference and guidance for the planning and organization of related activities.

3.Ontology Modeling Requirements. The aim is to determine the construction methods and requirements for standard ontologies in standard digitization activities, and to provide a unified approach. A unified conceptual framework ensures the accuracy and interoperability of standard digitization.

4.Collaborative Development Requirements. The aim is to establish relevant rules for collaborative standard development in standard digitization activities, ensuring that standards... Collaborate to develop standardized procedures for carrying out the work.

5.Maturity Assessment. The aim is to provide a standardized, digitized maturity assessment system, proposing assessment indicators, procedures, and methods. Laws, etc.

6.Organization and Process Management. The aim is to provide procedures and methods for organizing and managing the processes of conducting standardized digitalization activities. Laws, etc. This document is Part 4 of GB/T 48000, which further elaborates on the rules related to collaborative development activities in Part 1, "Process Digitalization". The steps need to be clarified and refined. Currently, collaborative development has become one of the trends in international standardization work, with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) also involved. The International Electron Standards Commission (IEC) jointly developed an online standards development (OSD) platform, which will be fully implemented in January 2025, aiming to facilitate online collaboration. This document aims to meet the needs of relevant experts, simplify the drafting and compilation process of international standards, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the standards development process. The drafting process referenced the OSD platform's collaborative rules and incorporated my country's standardization document development procedures and practices, with a focus on how to utilize data... 1 Scope

GB/T 48000.4-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering writing standards as machine-readable documents from the start, collaboratively - the working platform, the versioning and comment resolution, the structured content model and the roles in a committee that now edits a database rather than a Word file. Part 4 of the series, first edition. It is standards about how standards themselves are made. It was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been in force since 1 August 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the Standardization Administration of China. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 1.1, GB/T 20000.1 and GB/T 48000.1, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 Collaboration According to established rules, two or more entities (3.2) or systems, through interaction or cooperation using technical tools, can consistently accomplish a certain task. The process or capability to achieve a goal.

3.2 Main agent An entity that plays a major role in a specific activity and possesses autonomy and the ability to act.

4 General Requirements

4.1 Overview In a digital environment, the collaborative development of standards online needs to be carried out in a unified collaborative environment, based on unified data, processes, and security. A comprehensive management mechanism is established to enable online collaboration among all relevant parties, share data resources and status updates, and ultimately jointly achieve collaborative goals.
