Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

1 Scope

This document specifies the initial evaluation of the quality of steel bars for reinforced concrete, the manufacturer's internal inspection, supervision, and quality certification documents.

This document applies to evaluating the product quality of steel bars for reinforced concrete as specified in the relevant product standards such as GB 1499.1 and GB 1499.2.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Certificationbody

A third-party conformity assessment body that operates a certification program.
