1 Scope

GB/T 47300-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the hive as a manufactured product - the dimensions that must match the frames and the bee space, the timber or other material, the joints and the weather resistance, and the interchangeability that lets equipment from different makers be used together. First edition, in force since 1 October 2026, with the honeybee disease management standard GB/T 19168-2026. It was issued on 31 March 2026 and takes effect on 1 October 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Beekeeping equipment for bee colonies to reproduce and produce bee products.
