1 Scope

This document specifies the assessment requirements and methods for green steel tube products. This document applies to the assessment of green products of seamless steel tubes, welded steel tubes, composite steel tubes and precision steel tubes.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30062 and GB/T 33761 are applicable to this document.

4 Product Categories

The steel tube products applicable to this document are classified in accordance with Table 1. When determining the product classification, the product category shall be determined in accordance with the secondary classification. Table 1 -- Steel Tube Product Classification and Implemented Standards

5.1 Basic Requirements

5.1.1 Production enterprises shall be legally established and comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards during construction and production. They shall have no major or above-level safety accidents or major or above-level environmental pollution incidents in the past three years (including those established for less than three years).

5.1.2 Production enterprises shall adopt advanced technologies and processes encouraged by the state, implement clean production, and shall not use technologies, processes, equipment or related substances that have been phased out or prohibited by the state or relevant departments.

5.1.3 Production enterprises shall establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve quality management, occupational health and safety management, environmental management, and energy management systems in accordance with GB/T 19001, GB/T 45001, GB/T 24001 and GB/T 23331.

5.1.4 Production enterprises shall equip themselves with necessary energy and water metering instruments and manage them in a standardized manner in accordance with GB 17167 and GB/T 24789.

5.1.5 Production enterprises shall, in accordance with environmental protection laws and regulations, equip and operate pollutant treatment, monitoring, or online monitoring equipment. Pollutant emissions shall comply with national and local pollutant emission standards, as well as total pollutant control and discharge permit management requirements.

5.1.6 Production enterprises shall meet national and local requirements for enterprise carbon emission management and control.

5.1.7 In accordance with product classification, the quality of steel tube products shall comply with the provisions of the standards listed in Table

1.For other steel tube products not included in Table 1, the quality shall comply with the provisions of their implemented standards.
