Scope

GB/T 46810-2025 is the English-translated version of 电力北斗时间同步系统安全防护技术要求.

GB/T 46810-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering protecting the clock of a power system - the protection, the fault recorders and the synchrophasors all depend on time to the microsecond, and a spoofed satellite signal can shift that time without anything appearing to fail. First edition, and it is the security half of the timing standards published alongside the civil aviation one, GB/T 46932-2025. It was issued on 31 December 2025 and has been in force since 1 July 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the China Electricity Council. This page is published from the official record of the 2025 edition; the clause text of a standard this recent is not yet in circulation, and the figures, limits and tables it contains are those of the document itself, delivered in full with the English translation.
