This document provides guidelines for the planning, site selection, construction, personnel, equipment, and operation of gas protection stations in chemical industrial parks. This document applies to the construction and operation of gas protection stations in chemical industrial parks.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Masterplanning The nature, development goals, development scale, land use, spatial layout, logistics and transportation, safety and emergency response of chemical industrial parks within a certain period. Comprehensive planning and implementation measures for rescue, ecological environment and various construction projects.

3.2 Special planning Within a certain period, comprehensive measures will be taken to address safety production, emergency rescue, ecological environmental protection, economical and intensive land use, and integrated disaster prevention and mitigation in chemical industrial parks. Combined deployment and implementation measures.

Note. The form is either a plan prepared separately or a plan prepared as a special chapter in the overall plan of the chemical industrial park.

3.3 Establish institutions and facilities within or around chemical industrial parks to provide emergency assistance to enterprises in the parks for injuries caused by toxic and harmful gases.

3.4 Toxic gas When inhaled through the respiratory tract or skin, it acts on humans or other animals and can cause temporary or permanent damage to bodily functions in humans or other animals. Gases, vapors, mists, or mixtures of gases containing toxic dust that can cause sexually transmitted diseases, illnesses, or even death.
