Scope

GB/T 46776-2025 is the English-translated version of 海洋隔水导管下入深度及安装设计规范.

GB/T 46776-2025 — This document specifies the specifications, lowering depth, and installation requirements (referring to the process of lowering and securing the marine riser into the formation) for marine risers.

Design methodology.

This document elaborates on. ---Design of the riser specifications, including the determination of the riser's diameter, wall thickness, and steel grade; ---Design of the insertion depth of the water-tight pipe, including the insertion depth for three installation methods. hammer insertion, drilling, and jetting; --- Requirements for the three methods of installing water-proof conduits, including applicable scope, installation procedures, data recording, and quality control.

This document applies to. ---Waterproof guide pipe for jacket platform. A waterproof guide pipe that is laterally supported by guide holes set at intervals inside the jacket platform, preventing water damage.

To prevent excessive displacement; ---Jack-in rig support riser. A temporary riser used only during drilling operations on jack-up rigs. Some in this case, the riser is tensioned by a tensioner installed on the drilling rig; ---Free-standing self-supporting water-proof conduit.

A cantilevered self-supporting water-proof conduit, installed in shallow water with a depth of approximately 10m~20m, for oil... The well provides the only support and, under certain conditions, can be used to support a small boarding deck and berthing deck; ---Subsea Wellhead Separator.

A type of completely submerged underwater separator that extends only a few meters above the seabed mud surface and connects to the underwater BOP (Body-Operating Point).

And the drilling riser. The drilling riser is connected to the floating drilling platform. The BOP, riser, and drilling rig are subjected to the forces of waves and ocean currents.

However, the riser pipe may also be affected by VIV. This document does not apply to the design of drilling risers.

1 Scope

This document specifies the specifications, lowering depth, and installation requirements (referring to the process of lowering and securing the marine riser into the formation) for marine risers.

Design methodology. This document elaborates on.

---Design of the riser specifications, including the determination of the riser's diameter, wall thickness, and steel grade;

---Design of the insertion depth of the water-tight pipe, including the insertion depth for three installation methods. hammer insertion, drilling, and jetting;

--- Requirements for the three methods of installing water-proof conduits, including applicable scope, installation procedures, data recording, and quality control.

This document applies to.

---Waterproof guide pipe for jacket platform. A waterproof guide pipe that is laterally supported by guide holes set at intervals inside the jacket platform, preventing water damage.

To prevent excessive displacement;

---Jack-in rig support riser. A temporary riser used only during drilling operations on jack-up rigs. Some in this case, the riser is tensioned by a tensioner installed on the drilling rig;

---Free-standing self-supporting water-proof conduit. A cantilevered self-supporting water-proof conduit, installed in shallow water with a depth of approximately 10m~20m, for oil...

The well provides the only support and, under certain conditions, can be used to support a small boarding deck and berthing deck;

---Subsea Wellhead Separator.
