1 Scope

GB/T 46380-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering NMP at semiconductor purity - the water and metal ion limits measured in parts per billion, the particle count, the colour and the assay, for a solvent used in photoresist stripping and in battery electrode slurries. First edition, and it belongs with the NMP recovery standard GB/T 46839-2025. In force from 1 May 2026. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026.
