GB/T 46364-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the guarded boundary between a surveillance network and everything outside it - the one-way and controlled exchanges permitted, the authentication and the content inspection at the crossing, the audit of what passed, and the isolation that must hold when the outside network is compromised. This document specifies the cross-level and cross-network connections of public security video image sharing and exchange platforms and departmental/industry public security video surveillance platforms. The architecture, security level classification, and security capability requirements of interconnected boundary security interaction systems. This document applies to boundary security interactions of public safety video image sharing and exchange platforms and departmental/industry public safety video surveillance platforms. System planning and design, deployment and implementation, testing and acceptance, and operation and maintenance.
