1 Scope

GB/T 46361-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the overall rules for sharing surveillance between agencies - what may be shared and with whom, the catalogue and the request process, the authorisation and the record of every access, and the responsibilities of the party that receives the material. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28181 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 A platform for publishing video surveillance resource catalogs and exchanging video streams in public areas across various departments and industries.

3.2 A platform built by a department or industry to enable video image networking and provide comprehensive video surveillance management services.

3.3 A platform that centralizes and provides unified access to video streams related to public safety that are not part of departmental or industry construction.
