1 Scope
This document specifies the IPv6 address allocation and encoding rules for application infrastructure service providers.
This document applies to service providers offering application infrastructure services within China, including internet data centers, cloud service providers, and others.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 45282-2025, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.
3.1 IPv6 address
A 128-bit identifier used to identify one or a group of IPv6 network interfaces.
