Introduction

Credit commitments are an important component of building a new market supervision mechanism based on credit, and are a way to innovate social governance and strengthen in-process and in-process supervision.

1 Scope

2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 22117 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 business entity

Natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations that engage in business activities for profit.

3.2 credit commitment

According to the principle of good faith, a written guarantee is made by a business entity.

4 Basic Principles

4.1 Compliance

The commitments made will not harm national or public interests or protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and businesses.

4.2 Authenticity

The commitment content objectively and truthfully reflects the credit status of the business entity, and does not contain any false, concealed or exaggerated elements.

4.3 Timeliness

The commitment is timely and effective, reflecting the credit status of the business entity at a certain point in time.
