This document is equivalent to ISO 3861:2021 "Rubber hoses and hose assemblies for abrasive blasting".

The following minimal editorial changes have been made to this document.

--- Changed the name of the standardization document to "Rubber hose for sandblasting" to coordinate with the existing standardization document;

Introduction

This document specifies rubber hoses for use with abrasive blasting. When the hoses are fitted with couplings, this document also contains requirements for the hose assemblies.

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements for rubber hoses and hose assemblies for wet and dry blasting, suitable for use with a maximum working pressure of 0.63MPa, operating temperature range of -25°C~70°C hoses and hose assemblies.
