1 Scope
This document stipulates the requirements for farmland meteorological observation systems, agricultural meteorological service products, and meteorological information platforms during the construction of high-standard farmland.
The corresponding verification method is described.
This document is applicable to the deployment of farmland observation systems, production of agricultural meteorological service products, and information security related to the construction of high-standard farmland.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 wel-facilitated farmland
The fields are flat, concentrated and contiguous, with complete facilities, water-saving and efficient, supporting agricultural electricity, suitable for mechanized operation, fertile soil, eco-friendly, and strong disaster resistance.
Arable land with stable and high yields that can guarantee stable harvests regardless of drought or flood, and is compatible with modern agricultural production and management methods.
