1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, requirements, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of aviation electric heating glass, and describes the corresponding Test method.

This document is applicable to the production, inspection, delivery and acceptance of civil aviation electric heating glass, and can be used as a reference for other aviation electric heating glass.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 37826-2019, GB/T 37831-2019 and GB/T 45664-2025 and the following terms and definitions apply in this document.

3.1 visionarea

The transparent part is an area where the outside world can be observed (see Figure 1).

3.2 critical vision area

The windshield and canopy are the main areas used by pilots to observe the outside world during takeoff, cruising, and landing (see Figure 1).
