GB/T 45757-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the granulated feedstock of NdFeB powder in a thermoplastic binder that is injection moulded into magnets — the split into isotropic and anisotropic grades, the magnetic properties of the moulded material, the melt flow rate that decides whether the compound fills a thin cavity at all, the density and the tensile, flexural and impact behaviour of the plastic, the test methods, and the inspection rules and packaging. First edition, in force from 1 January 2026. Issued on 30 June 2025, it has been in force since 1 January 2026.

1 Scope

This document applies to the preparation of NdFeB composite particles used in the injection molding of magnets.
