3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Origin

The origin of Majiang blueberry geographical indication products is limited to the origin range in the approval announcement issued by the national intellectual property administrative department.

The area includes Majiang County, Kaili City, Huangping County, Shibing County, Sansui County, Zhenyuan County, Cengong County, Tianzhu County, Jinping County, Jianhe County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province.

There are 16 counties and cities under its jurisdiction, including Taijiang County, Liping County, Rongjiang County, Congjiang County, Leishan County and Danzhai County.

The origin of the product shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A.
