Scope

GB/T 45660-2025 is the English-translated version of 电子装联技术 电子模块.

GB/T 45660-2025 sets the general requirements for electronic modules, the subassemblies one supplier delivers to be built into another firm's equipment.

It defines the terms, describes the business models between supplier and user with the supplier-user interface drawn for each mode, and marks out how far standardization reaches for M-type and F-type models.

It then fixes preferred ratings, covering operating temperature ranges and rated voltages, and a set of common tests under standard atmospheric conditions: electrical performance, mechanical tests for terminal strength, solderability, shock, sinusoidal vibration and immersion in cleaning agents, and climatic tests for high and low temperature, steady damp heat and temperature change.

Module makers and the plants that assemble them use it in production, testing and acceptance. A modified adoption of IEC 62421:2007, it was issued on 30 May 2025 and applies from 1 July 2025.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is modified to adopt IEC 62421:2007 "Electronic assembly technology - Electronic modules".

This document has made the following structural adjustments compared to IEC 62421:2007.

---Terms 3.1 to 3.3 correspond to terms 3.1, 3.3 and 3.5 of IEC 62421:2007.

The technical differences between this document and IEC 62421:2007 and their reasons are as follows.

--- ISO 3 (see 5.3) has been replaced by the normative reference GB/T 321 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability.

GB/T 2423.28 --- Replaced IEC 60068-2-21 (see 6.3.1) with the normative reference GB/T 2423.60,

IEC 60068-2-20 (see 6.3.2 and 6.3.3) and SJ/T 11200 replaced IEC 60068-2-58 (see 6.3.2 and 6.3.3) to Adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability.

--- The normative reference GB/T 2423.5 replaces IEC 60068-2-27 (see 6.3.4), GB/T 2423.10 replaces

IEC 60068-2-6 (see 6.3.5), GB/T 2423.30 replaced IEC 60068-2-45 (see 6.3.6) to adapt to my country's technical standards. Technical conditions and increase operability.

--- The normative reference GB/T 2423.2 replaces IEC 60068-2-2 (see 6.4.1), and GB/T 2423.1 replaces

IEC 60068-2-1 (see 6.4.2), GB/T 2423.3 replaces IEC 60068-2-78 (see 6.4.3), GB/T 2423.22 replaces Changed to IEC 60068-2-14 (see 6.4.4) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability;

--- Deleted two terms from IEC 62421:2007 (see 3.2 and 3.4 of IEC 62421:2007) because the two terms are in the text Not mentioned. The following editorial changes were made to this document.

--- Add the headers in "Table 1". Low temperature preferred value (°C), High temperature preferred value (°C) to comply with GB/T 1.1-2020 for the table Require.
