General requirements for cross-border access to species resources

1 Scope

This document establishes the process for acquiring cross-border species resources and stipulates the general requirements for acquiring cross-border species resources.

This document applies to the cross-border acquisition, inspection, supervision and Disposal.

This document does not apply to cross-border acquisition of pathogenic microorganisms that are highly pathogenic or suspected to be highly pathogenic.
