1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, appearance, size and physical and mechanical properties of biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) film (hereinafter referred to as "film").

It describes the product testing methods and specifies the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage contents.

This document applies to the production, inspection and sales of films made from polyethylene resin as the main raw material using the planar biaxial stretching method.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in QB/T 5609 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Semi matt film

The surface roughness of the matte layer is uniform, the haze is greater than or equal to 20% and less than 70%, and the glossiness (incident angle 45°) is greater than 15%. film.

Note. The surface layer of the film with high roughness, low glossiness and diffuse reflection is the matte layer.

3.2 Matt film

The matte layer has a uniform surface roughness, a haze greater than or equal to 70%, and a glossiness (incident angle 45°) less than or equal to 15%.
