Introduction
This document is one of a series of standards related to dental rotary instruments.
This document contains specifications for laboratory-ground instruments. The various dimensions and other requirements for laboratory-ground instruments are considered to ensure that dental Interchangeability and safe use of these grinding instruments are important requirements in the laboratory.
The nominal diameters of the working parts listed in Tables 1 to 10 conform to the diameters specified in YY/T 1011.
Please note that YY/T 0873 (all parts) specifies a 15-digit coding system for classifying all types of Dental Rotary Instruments.
