China's national general technical requirements for the digitalization of logistics parks. A logistics park is a site where warehousing, transport, customs and value-added services are concentrated, and China has built them at every major transport node. Digitalizing one is not a matter of installing software in each tenant: the park's value comes from the interactions between the operators in it, and those are what stay manual - the gate, the yard, the dock allocation, the shared handling equipment and the customs interface. The requirements address the park as a platform rather than as an estate. Vehicle appointment and gate automation remove the queues that otherwise form at every entrance; yard management tracks trailers and containers that would otherwise be found by driving round; and a shared data layer lets a consignment be tracked across the operators handling it, which is what the customer is actually asking for.

3.1 Logistics Park Planned by the government and managed by a unified entity, it provides professional logistics services for many companies to set up distribution centers or regional distribution centers. 4 Overall requirements for digitalization of logistics parks
4.1 The logistics park should formulate a digital master plan.
4.2 Logistics park elements and park management elements should be digitized.
4.3 The real-time data of the logistics park should be collected, transmitted, stored and processed through the logistics park digital management platform.
4.4 There should be a digital management organization, personnel and system, and digital management personnel should be able to handle digital operations and management issues in a timely manner.
