3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 forest land
Land used for forestry development as planned by the people's government at or above the county level.
Note. This includes tree forests with a canopy density of 0.2 or above, bamboo forests, shrub forests, sparse forests, felled land, burned land, unforested afforestation land, nurseries And so on.
3.2 Non-commercial forest
Forest land and forests on forest land that are ecologically important or ecologically fragile and whose main purpose is to achieve ecological benefits.
3.3 state-level non-commercial forest
The ecological location is extremely important or the ecology is extremely fragile, which has a great impact on the ecological security of the country, the protection of biodiversity and the sustainable development of the economy and society.
An important role is played in forest land and forests on forest land whose main management purpose is to give full play to the forest’s ecological and social service functions.
