1 Scope

This document establishes the general principles and procedures for rural greening, and stipulates the main types, greening configuration, seedlings, planting, nurturing and management, Quality effectiveness evaluation, file management and other requirements.

This document is applicable to rural greening carried out in and around villages.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Village greening

Planting trees and grass and protecting vegetation on the surrounding land, yard land, public green land, abandoned and idle land within the rural area The process of forest and grass cover.

Note. The surrounding land includes land beside villages, houses, roads and water; the yard land includes residential courtyards and unit yards; the public green land includes rural parks, small and micro parks, Green space, etc.; abandoned idle land includes low-lying land, saline-alkali land, collapsed land, land for demolishing illegal buildings, polluted land, borrow pits, ditch slopes, idle land, etc.

3.2 Native plant

Plants that are naturally distributed in this area or have fully adapted to the climate and environment of this area through long-term introduction, cultivation and reproduction and grow well. Good plants.

3.3 forest around village

Forest patches or forest belts built around village settlements with the main function of ecological protection.

3.4 folklore forest

Forests and trees that are closely related to local customs, recognized by local villagers or protected by township and village rules and regulations.
