1 Scope

This document stipulates the classified collection, graded treatment and reuse, and water reuse performance evaluation of industrial parks.

This document applies to the planning, design, construction, operation and management of water reuse in industrial parks.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534 and the following apply to this document.

4 Classification and collection

4.1 Enterprises that discharge industrial wastewater within industrial parks should take effective measures to collect and treat all wastewater generated.

4.2 Classify and collect the first-class pollutants or other toxic and hazardous water pollutants specified in GB 8978 generated by enterprises in the industrial park. Wastewater.

4.3 Wastewater containing Category II pollutants specified in GB 8978 generated by enterprises in the industrial park shall be pre-treated and meet the requirements of the industrial park.

4.4 Industrial parks with relatively small wastewater discharge can rely on the pollution control facilities of enterprises in the industrial park for collection and treatment, or the industrial park management can The organization constructs the park's wastewater treatment facilities in phases and operates them in groups in accordance with the "three simultaneous" principle.
