4 Principles
The sample was dissolved in water, extracted with petroleum ether, concentrated and purified with a Florisil solid phase extraction column, and measured by gas chromatography mass spectrometry and external standard method. Quantitative.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
5.1.1 Isooctane. chromatographically pure.
5.1.2 N-hexane. chromatographically pure.
5.1.3 Petroleum ether. analytical purity or above, boiling range 35°C~60°C.
5.1.4 Water. Class 1 water specified in GB/T 6682.
5.1.5 17-Pentatriacontene standard material/standard sample. 17-Pentatriacontene, C35H70, purity >=98%.
5.1.6 Standard stock solution (1 mg/mL). Weigh 10 mg of 17-tripentadecene standard material/standard sample (5.1.5), place it in a beaker, and add Dissolve an appropriate amount of isooctane (5.1.1), transfer the dissolving solution and cleaning solution completely to a 10mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark, mix and prepare a final product 17-Tripentadecene standard stock solution with a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Store at 2°C~8°C, valid for 6 months.
5.2 Materials
5.2.1 Florisil solid phase extraction column. 1000mg/6mL, or equivalent.
5.2.2 Filter membrane. organic system, 0.22µm.
