Scope

GB/T 43370-2023 is the English-translated version of 民用无人机地理围栏数据技术规范.

GB/T 43370-2023 fixes how geofence data for civil unmanned aircraft are structured, handled and tested.

Clause 1 covers the data structure, data processing, data transmission and data testing, and the contents list details the unique identification code, the geofence airspace type, the geometric expression rules, the space-time benchmark and the data format, then data entry, data services, data cleaning, data update, data verification and data usage, and the test items, test interruption, recovery and termination and the test report.

Clause 4.1 states that a geofence is identified by a 20-digit code made up of the administrative division code (6 digits), the release time (8 digits), geofence validity (1 digit), geofence version (2 digits) and a serial number (3 digits). Issued on 27 November 2023, it has applied since 1 March 2024.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the data structure, data processing, data transmission and data processing of geofences for civil unmanned aerial vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "UAVs"). According to testing and other content.

This document applies to geofence data in civil drones operating in China and geofence data management and service systems.

2 Normative reference documents

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, the dated quotations For undated referenced documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated referenced documents, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 35018, GB/T 38152 and the following apply to this document.

3.2 A set of data elements describing the properties of a drone's geofence

3.1 geo-fence

In order to ensure regional security, the regional boundaries are drawn using an electronic information model within the corresponding geographical scope, and the UAV system or drone is operated in related systems, electronic information models are used to prevent drones from flying into specific areas.

Note: Referred to as "geofencing".

4 Data structure

4.1 Unique identification code

The UAV geofence is uniquely identified by an identification code, which consists of a 20-digit code in the following order. Administrative division code (6 digits), release time (8 digits), geofence aging (1 digit), geofence version (2 digits), serial number (3 digits). Comments on coding rules Figure 1, the description of each field is shown in Table 1.
