3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Self-cleaningcoated glass
Glass coated on the surface with a film layer that has photocatalytic degradation of organic matter, anti-dust adhesion, and super-hydrophilic properties.
3.2 Anti-dust adhesion
In dry conditions with little rain, the film layer has the property of reducing dust adhesion and deposition on its surface.
3.3 Photolysis index
A numerical value that characterizes the photocatalytic performance of photocatalytic nanomaterials.
Note: Photolysis index also refers to the characteristic value of the ability of photocatalytic nanomaterials to degrade organic matter per unit time. [Source: JC/T 2168-2013, 3.4, with modifications]
