Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 43064 "Guidelines for Smart Factory Construction". GB/T 43064 has released the following parts.

---Part 1: Physical factory intelligent system.

Introduction

In order to scientifically plan and guide the construction of smart factories, and guide enterprises to gradually move towards high-level smart factories according to their own conditions. development, thereby promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, GB/T 43064 "Smart Factory Construction Guidelines" was specially formulated to solve the problem of enterprises carrying out smart factory construction.

Common problems encountered during the design process. GB/T 43064 is planned to consist of four parts.

---Part 1: Physical factory intelligent system. The purpose is to stipulate the construction, application and testing of intelligent systems in physical factories. Require.

---Part 2: Virtual factory construction. The purpose is to standardize and guide the creation and application of virtual factory models required for smart factory construction.

Used to improve the quality and application value of virtual factory construction.

---Part 3: Virtual factory and physical factory integration requirements. The purpose is to stipulate the relationship between virtual factory and physical factory in smart factory construction.

The overall framework and technical architecture of factory integration, and the integration content, data standards, integration interfaces, system implementation, and system operation during integration Provide technical guidance.

---Part 4: Preparation of smart factory design documents. The purpose is to standardize the new construction, reconstruction, expansion and technology of smart factory construction projects. Preparation of design documents in technological renovation project design. Smart factory construction guidelines Part 1: Physical factory intelligent system
