Introduction

In order to guide the construction of smart factories in a systematic manner according to scientific methods and rules, and guide enterprises to Gradually develop towards high-level smart factories, thereby promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, and formulate GB/T 43064 "Guidelines for the Construction of Smart Factories" GB/T 43064 is intended to solve the common problems encountered by enterprises in the process of building smart factories. — Part 1: Physical factory intelligent system. The purpose is to specify the construction and application requirements of the physical factory intelligent system.

— Part 2: Virtual factory construction. The purpose is to standardize and guide the creation and application of virtual factory models required for smart factory construction.

— Part 3: Requirements for integration of virtual factories and physical factories. The purpose is to specify the requirements for integration of virtual factories and physical factories in the construction of smart factories.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 physical plant

A general term for physical factories consisting of production equipment, public infrastructure and information infrastructure.

A modeling platform or tool that maps the physical factory and has the functions of simulating, managing and controlling the key elements of the physical factory.

5 General requirements

The design work of smart factory construction projects can be divided into four stages. feasibility study, preliminary design, construction drawing design, and special design.

The design documents of each stage should be based on the traditional factory design content, and add relevant information about the intelligent system of physical factory, virtual factory, virtual factory, etc.

The relevant design documents for the integration of the plant and the physical plant should include the process, information infrastructure, Internet of Things system, information application system, Civil engineering and public infrastructure, factory information model, factory simulation model, virtual-real integration system, etc. The overall requirements are as follows.
