Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
Introduction
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is an ultra-low temperature, multi-component mixed light hydrocarbon liquid. It is extremely susceptible to pressure, temperature and environmental conditions during transportation and use.
Evaporation occurs in advance due to the influence of components. Compared with gaseous natural gas sampling, the determination of LNG's composition, calorific value, density, water dew point and other quality indicators Accuracy depends heavily on the performance of the LNG sampling facility. Among them, the extraction and gasification of LNG, the collection of gasified natural gas samples, Packaging and the control of the entire process are key links.
In addition to the mature LNG sampling facilities used in LNG receiving terminals, natural gas liquefaction plants, LNG bunkering ships (stations), gasification satellite stations, LNG tanks, floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG), floating regasification units (FSRU) and other links also need to be LNG components are transferred for metering or quality monitoring.
This document provides LNG sampling methods for each link in the LNG industry chain, and proposes the design, testing, acceptance and use of LNG sampling facilities.
The purpose of the evaluation requirements is to improve the representativeness of LNG sampling and the stability of LNG sampling facilities, and to ensure the handover measurement and quality supervision of LNG. The control was successfully completed.
This document does not address all safety issues related to its application. Before using this document, the user is responsible for formulating appropriate safety and protective measures and clarify their limited scope of application. Liquefied natural gas sampling facilities and sampling performance inspection
1 Scope
This document specifies the sampling methods, technical requirements for sampling facilities, testing and acceptance, and performance evaluation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) Require.
This document applies to LNG receiving stations, natural gas liquefaction plants, LNG bunkering ships (stations), gasification satellite stations, LNG tanks, etc. Handover measurement and quality control during delivery.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Liquefied natural gas; LNG
An inert gas consisting primarily of methane and may contain small amounts of ethane, propane, butane, nitrogen, or gaseous components commonly found in natural gas. Colored liquid fluid.
3.2 Direct sampling
Sampling where the sampling medium is directly connected to the analysis unit.
Note: Generally used for online analysis.
3.3 Indirect sampling
Sampling without a direct connection between the sampling medium and the analysis unit.
Note: Generally used for offline analysis.
3.4 Continuous sampling
During the entire sampling time of stable LNG transportation, samples are continuously taken out from the LNG transportation pipeline and vaporized.
After the gas sample is processed, it continuously enters the gas sample storage tank at a constant flow rate. After the sampling is completed, the gas sample storage tank is input into the gas sampling container. method.
