GB/T 42383.1-2023 Intelligent Manufacturing Network Collaborative Design Part 1: General Requirements

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19000 and GB/T 42383.1-2023 apply to this document.

3.1 multidisciplinary collaborative simulation

According to the purpose of system analysis, on the basis of analyzing the properties of each element of the system and their interrelationships, establish a system that can describe the structure or behavior of the system process, and have a certain logical or quantitative relationship between multiple disciplines or professional collaboration simulation models and simulation processes, and conduct multi-disciplinary or Professional co-simulation analysis.

Note 1. Multi-disciplinary collaborative simulation includes multi-field strong coupling simulation, multi-field weak coupling simulation and multi-disciplinary joint simulation.

Note 2. The multi-field strong coupling simulation is to use the multi-field coupling decoupling technology to establish a coupling simulation model in line with the product, and combine the multi-field The coupling effect of the control equation is constructed into the governing equation, and then the governing equation is directly solved to obtain the multi-field strength coupling analysis results.

Note 3. The multi-field weak coupling simulation is to establish a coupling simulation model that conforms to each physical field of the product, arrange the calculation sequence of the simulation reasonably, and conduct a physical field first.

Calculation, the calculation result is applied to the second physics field as an external load, and then the second physics field calculation is performed, and the calculation result is applied as an external load Back to the first physical field, through such an iteration or multiple iterations to obtain the simulation results of multi-field weak coupling.

Note 4. Multi-disciplinary co-simulation is a complex system aimed at multi-disciplinary, multi-specialty engineering requirements, to establish a digital model-based, functional/performance prototype As a carrier, build a model-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, and personnel-in-the-loop digital comprehensive simulation environment through requirements, functions, logic, and physics.

Realize the verification and confirmation of functional/performance requirements in the early stages of development.

3.2 Workflow

It consists of a number of serial, parallel or conditional execution tasks established through process lines and data mapping relationships, usually using workflow flowcharts to show.

3.3 Component

The basic component of the simulation process is the modularization of software functions, the data and methods of encapsulating the data and methods of engineering applications and software functions.
