Scope
GB/T 47518-2026 is the English-translated version of 分布式计算 算力资源描述.
GB/T 47518-2026 gives a formal way of describing the computing resources of a distributed computing environment.
Using XML Schema, it defines computing, communication and storage units: a processor with its type (CPU, GPU, FPGA, TPU, NPU, ASIC or other), speed set, model and physical cores, with extra elements for GPU memory size, bandwidth, clock frequency and stream processors and for FPGA memory, DSP modules and logic units; memory capacity, bandwidth, latency, type and channels; network bandwidth, latency and forwarding and IPSec rates; and storage capacity, bandwidth, IOPS, architecture, RAID level and redundancy.
Nodes carry a URI, unit price, priority, resource configuration and resource consumption. It states that the computing power value is obtained by the method of GB/T 47514-2026. Issued on 30 April 2026, it applies from 1 November 2026.

6 Computing Resources
This document provides a formal description of computing resources, primarily computing units, communication units, and storage units, in a distributed computing environment. method.
This document applies to the scheduling, evaluation, and optimization of computing resources.
The following abbreviations apply to this document.
ALM. Adaptive Logic Module ASIC. Application-Specific Integrated Circuit CPU. Central Processing Unit DSP. Digital Signal Processing ECC. Error Correcting Code FIB. Forwarding Information Base FPGA. Field Programmable Gate Array GPU. Graphics Processing Unit IOPS. Input/Output operations per second NPU. Neural-network Processing Unit RAID. Redundant Array of Independent Disks TOPS. One trillion operations per second (TeraOperationsPerSecond) TPU. Tensor Processing Unit XML. Extensible Markup Language
Computing resources include computing units, communication units, and storage units. These resources are distributed across one or more nodes.
This document uses XMLSchema syntax to specify computing resources. See Appendix A for the diagrammatic symbols used in this document. Common data types and XML In the schema, types other than regular types are represented in the form "name_T". Example: The type of the element "processor" is "processor_T".
Appendix B contains the XML Schema definition of the described computing resources, and its namespace is "http.//nits.org.cn/CPRD/". 2024", with the namespace prefix "cprd". Appendix C is an XML example describing computing resources.
6.1 Overview
The elemental structure of "computing power resources" is shown in Table 1, and the relevant elements of "computing power resources" are shown in 6.2 to 6.4.
6.2 Calculation Unit
6.2.1 Processor
6.2.1.1 Description
The "processor" attribute has an "ID" (unique identifier for the processor), as well as sub-elements such as "type", "speed set", "model", and "physical core".
The processor's "type" includes several sub-elements, such as "CPU," "GPU," "FPGA," "TPU," "NPU," and "ASIC." And "Other" (used for expansion). Processor speed is related to "operand type" and "operations per second," and there are various speeds, expressed as... "Speed Set". The type structure of "Processor_T" is shown in Table 2.
6.2.1.3 GPU
If the processor's "type" is "GPU", then the "video memory size", "video memory bandwidth", "clock frequency", and "supported interface set" need to be recorded. "Number of stream processors". The element structure of "GPU" is shown in Table 4.
6.2.1.4 FPGA
If the processor's "Type" is "FPGA", then the "M20K memory capacity", "precision adjustable DSP module", and "logic unit LE" must be recorded.
And "ALM". The elemental structure of "FPGA" is shown in Table 5.
6.2.2 Memory
The "Memory" attribute has the attributes "ID" (unique identifier for memory) and "error correction method," as well as sub-elements "capacity," "memory bandwidth," and "latency." "Type" and "Number of Channels". The type structure of "Memory_T" is shown in Table 6.
6.3 Communication Unit
The "communication unit" has the attribute "ID" (a unique identifier for the communication unit), as well as sub-elements such as "network bandwidth", "latency", and "FIB forwarding speed".
The table lists the parameters as follows. "Rate", "IPSec Rate", "Virtual Network Bandwidth", "Supported Network Protocols", and "Reliability". The type structure of "Communication Unit_T" is shown in Table 7.
6.4 Storage Unit
The "Storage Unit" has an attribute "ID" (a unique identifier for the storage unit), and its sub-elements include "Capacity", "Storage Bandwidth", "IOPS", and "Backup".
The categories include "Quantity", "Reliability", "Storage Architecture", "RAID Level", and "Redundancy Method". The type structure of "Storage Unit_T" is shown in Table 8.
7 Nodes
7.1 Overview
A node has the following attributes. URI (Uniform Resource Identifier), ID (Unique Identifier for the node), unit price, and priority.
And its sub-elements include "Computing Power Configuration," "Terminal Device," "Non-Terminal Device," and "Resource Consumption." If the "Node" is a "Terminal Device," it also needs to be recorded... Record the "Type" and "Battery Duration"; otherwise, record the "Energy Efficiency" and "Location". The type structure of "Node_T" is shown in Table 9.
7.2 Allocation of Computing Resources
The "Configuration" section includes sub-elements such as "Computing Unit Set," "Communication Unit Set," "Storage Unit Set," "Computing Power Value," and "Software Environment." (Computing Power)
The value is obtained according to the method described in GB/T 47514-2026. The type structure of "configuration_T" is shown in Table 10.
7.3 Computing resource consumption
"Resource Usage" includes the sub-elements "Processor Usage", "Memory Usage", "Memory Bandwidth Usage", and "Network Bandwidth Usage". "IOPS utilization", "Storage space utilization", and "Other" (for expansion). The type structure of "Resource utilization_T" is shown in Table 11.
